1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "winmy21," "we," "us," "our" refers to the operator of the winmy21 platform accessible at winmy21.org.
• "Platform" means the winmy21 website, all associated subdomains, and any related digital products or services.
• "Member," "you," "your" refers to any individual who has registered an account on the winmy21 Platform.
• "Account" means the personal member account created upon successful registration and KYC verification on the Platform.
• "Wallet" means the MYR-denominated balance held within your winmy21 Account, used to fund and receive proceeds from gaming activity.
• "Game" means any betting, casino, lottery, or other gaming product made available through the Platform.
• "Bet" means any wager placed using Wallet funds on any Game offered by winmy21.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required at registration and, where applicable, prior to withdrawal.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the winmy21 Platform, registering an Account, or placing any Bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the winmy21 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform. winmy21 reserves the right to require re-acceptance of updated Terms at any time as a condition of continued access.

3. Eligibility and Registration

To register and maintain an Account on winmy21, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times of Platform use.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, or immediate family member of winmy21 or any of its partner game providers.
• You have not previously had an Account suspended or terminated by winmy21 for cause.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

winmy21 will conduct KYC verification at registration. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current identity information. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of any pending withdrawals, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate.

Only one Account is permitted per person. Creating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using the identity of others — is strictly prohibited. winmy21 employs automated and manual procedures to detect duplicate registration.

4. Account Obligations

As a winmy21 Member, you are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party.
• All activity conducted through your Account, whether or not authorised by you.
• Notifying winmy21 immediately at [email protected] if you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Ensuring that all personal information held on your Account remains accurate and up to date.
• Complying with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction in relation to your gaming activity on the Platform.

winmy21 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.

5. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

All financial transactions on winmy21 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following terms apply to all payment activity:

• Deposits may be made via approved payment channels including Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank. winmy21 may update approved payment methods at its discretion with reasonable notice to Members.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified on the Platform and may vary by payment method.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment instruments registered in the Member's own name. Third-party withdrawals are prohibited.
• winmy21 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in withdrawal delays or refusal.
• Funds deposited into your Wallet that have not been subject to any wagering activity may, at winmy21's discretion, be returned to the originating payment method subject to applicable processing times and anti-money-laundering checks.
• winmy21 is not a financial institution and does not pay interest on Wallet balances.

6. Betting Rules and Wagering

All Bets placed on the winmy21 Platform are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any product-specific rules communicated within the relevant Game interface:

• A Bet is only valid once confirmed by the Platform and reflected in your Wallet transaction history. winmy21 is not responsible for Bets that fail to register due to connectivity issues on the Member's end.
• winmy21 reserves the right to void any Bet placed on an event where odds were published in error, where the event outcome is already known at the time of placing, or where there is credible evidence of match manipulation.
• In-play Bets accepted after the relevant event has concluded, due to data feed delays, will be voided and stakes returned.
• winmy21 Game outcomes for casino and slot products are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs). winmy21 does not interfere with RNG outcomes.
• Members accept that gambling involves risk and that there is no guarantee of profit. Past performance of any Game is not indicative of future results.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, winmy21 may offer promotions, bonuses, or rewards to Members. The following general principles apply to all such offers:

• All promotions are subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer. In the event of conflict between promotional terms and these general Terms, the promotional terms shall prevail in relation to that specific promotion.
• Bonuses credited to your Wallet may be subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be stated clearly in the relevant promotion terms.
• winmy21 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or disqualify any promotion at any time where there is evidence of abuse, technical error, or breach of these Terms.
• Only one promotional offer may be claimed per promotion unless explicitly stated otherwise. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times constitutes abuse.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the winmy21 Platform:

• Using the Platform while under the age of 21.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place Bets or otherwise interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Members to manipulate Game outcomes or exploit system vulnerabilities.
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any activity that constitutes a financial crime under applicable law.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract proprietary code or data from the Platform.
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, or location to circumvent eligibility requirements.
• Reselling, transferring, or otherwise commercialising your Account or Wallet balance to third parties.

winmy21 will suspend Accounts and report conduct to relevant authorities where prohibited activity is identified.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the winmy21 Platform — including but not limited to software, design, graphics, text, trademarks, game interfaces, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of winmy21 or its licensed third-party providers. No Member is granted any licence or right to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without express written consent from winmy21.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• winmy21 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects at all times.
• winmy21 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or reputational damage.
• winmy21's aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• winmy21 is not liable for losses resulting from force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, cyberattacks, government action, or telecommunications failures.

11. Responsible Gaming

winmy21 is committed to providing a responsible gaming environment. All Members are encouraged to use the following tools available within their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on funds deposited into your winmy21 Wallet.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose over a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Receive alerts or automatic logout after a set period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account and request exclusion from all winmy21 marketing communications.

12. Privacy and Data

13. Amendments

winmy21 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to Members via email to the registered address on file, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must close your Account before the effective date.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising from your use of the winmy21 Platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which winmy21's operating entity is incorporated. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through the winmy21 complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction. Members retain any statutory rights they may have under the laws of their country of residence that cannot be excluded by contract.
